Prices for stand space 2025

For the trade fair A+A 2025 the following net prices are set to participate. Prices apply per square metre.
On top of all prices the German VAT needs to be added. 

The regular minimum stand space is 12 m².

Explanations

* Media Fee

The media fee to be paid by each exhibitor is used for the publication of exhibitor data in the electronic media and possibly other media as well as the use of the event's website by the exhibitors. The contents of the media fee are specified in the OOS.

** Waste-disposal fee

Common fee for all exhibitors for the waste disposal during the event. Maximum € 1,350.00 for spaces with more than 499 sqm.

An advance payment for these services (see clause 14 part B of the General Terms and Conditions) will be charged on the basis of the amount charged for the last event. Exhibitors who did not participate
in the latest event must have to make such advance payment in the amount of € 25.00 per square metre. After-fair settlement of accounts shall be based on services actually ordered.
